Stephen Leite, MBA, CQA
Director of Quality & Operational Excellence
Stephen provides leadership to Gift of Hope’s Quality, Medical Records, and Training & Development departments. He leverages quality management and education and employee development to implement cross-functional solutions to deliver innovation and performance improvement across the organization. Stephen also drives process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and serves as Gift of Hope’s Safety Officer.
Stephen is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He holds a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
